The Therapeutic Group Home provides a holistic, trauma-informed, strength-based approach 24/7 to males ages 13-18 who have demonstrated sexually abusive behaviors. Youth are involved in a structured routine of individual, group and family therapies to address their treatment needs and goals. This group home opened in 1992 and is the only one of its kind in Nebraska.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is provided in conjunction with the Therapeutic Group Home. The youth attend a minimum of three hours a day, five days a week and is involved in clinical services based on the risk that they present.

As part of HopeSpoke’s continuum of care for youth with sexual behavior problems, outpatient therapy and evaluation services are also available.
