Crisis & Residential Services
HopeSpoke provides mental health and substance abuse assessments to families who are struggling to identify the services needed to help their children.
Youth-In-Crisis provides suicide assessments, transitional counseling, and case management to youth being detained at Lancaster County Youth Services Center. This includes outreach to the family while the youth is in detention and coordination of the youth’s individual needs.
Therapeutic Group Home provides a holistic, trauma-informed, strength-based approach 24/7 to males ages 13-18 who have demonstrated sexually abusive behaviors. Youth are involved in a structured routine of individual, group and family therapies to address their treatment needs and goals. This group home opened in 1992 and is the only one of its kind in Nebraska.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is provided in conjunction with the Therapeutic Group Home. The youth attend a minimum of three hours a day, five days a week and is involved in clinical services based on the risk that they present.
Linking Individuals (and families) in Need of Community Support (LINCS) is a prevention program in collaboration with Region V Systems and the Lancaster County Attorney’s Office. This voluntary service provides a strength-based assessment for the youth and family and recommendations for community support.
As part of HopeSpoke’s continuum of care for youth with sexual behavior problems, outpatient therapy and evaluation services are also available.
