HopeSpoke to Celebrate 70 Years on April 26th

We hope that you will join HopeSpoke on Friday, April 26, 2019, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., at the Scottish Rite Ballroom as we celebrate 70 years of providing quality mental health services and treatment in Lincoln! We would love to have you and as many former Board members as possible join with us in this special celebration of the work of many over the years.

We have seven chefs and restaurants who will be donating The Best Comfort Food Since 1949!  Would you like to try Citrus Braised Pork Street Tacos and Brisket Mac & Cheese? Then join us for a fun evening on April 26th!

During this year’s program, we will proudly recognize the Junior League of Lincoln and the United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County for their help in starting HopeSpoke in 1949.

We have amazing auction items that will be available prior to and during the event. Right now you can bid on three packages to Cirque du Soleil in Omaha on April 24th.
Bid on pre-auction items and purchase tickets here!

HopeSpoke Out and About

HopeSpoke was well represented in March at the Nebraska Association of Behavioral Health Organization (NABHO) Lobby Day at the Nebraska State Legislature sharing information about our programs and that one in five individuals in Nebraska are in need of behavioral and mental health or substance abuse treatment.  HopeSpoke was part of a 60 person delegation talking to State Senators across Nebraska about the importance of a rate increase.

On April 1st Katie McLeese Stephenson, MSW, Executive Director, was interviewed on KZUM Radio through Cause Collective.  If you weren’t able to listen at that time, PLEASE CLICK HERE TO LISTEN TO KATIE’S INTERVIEW.
